Join our TA (Talent Acquisition) CoE (Center of Expertise) EAMEI (Europe Africa Middle East India) team as a TA Specialist and shape the future of our company

Your responsibilities :

  • Recruitment Strategist : Working with HR Business Partners (HRBP) located in several countries in Europe, you will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and impactful marketing techniques to attract the strong talent we need.
  • Recruitment Process Conductor : You will ensure seamless and standardized recruitment processes, using the most effective channels to identify and select exceptional candidates for our business (Home Health care, Industry, Engineering, R&D and shared services).
  • Candidate Experience Expert : You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring their experience is memorable and aligned with the requirements of our company and the local market.
  • Talent Community Builder : You will actively participate in creating talent pools for young graduates and experienced talents and develop strong relationships with schools.
  • TA Project : You will be responsible for exciting projects such as recruitment training, implementing referral programs, and promoting our employer brand.
  • Performance lead : You will be responsible for monitoring and achieving our talent acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will be our candidate if....

  • You have a solid experience in recruitment, ideally gained in a recruitment firm or as an operational TA specialist in an international context.
  • You have excellent knowledge of direct sourcing techniques and a proven ability to collaborate with company stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) delivery in a European environment.
  • You have expertise in sourcing methodology, people assessment, and digital tools (job boards, professional social networks such as LinkedIn and ideally Workday).
  • You are agile, flexible, open-minded, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a strong team spirit.
  • You are eager to challenge the status quo and have a curious mindset.
  • You are fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and / or any other European language.
  • The preferred location is in our offices in Madrid, but we will also consider being located in other entities of the group.
