Job Description

This is a great opportunity to be part of the Talent Acquisition Team in Publicis Groupe. You will be responsible for assessing the staffing needs of the company and then identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit new candidates for the open positions group.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Work with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Work in the recruitment process from end-to-end, playing an active role in sourcing, selection and arranging interviews
  • Source candidates for immediate vacancies and our talent pools, using a variety of direct sourcing methods including; LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media engagement, Networking and Employee Referrals
  • Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Develop college recruiting programs.
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
  • Track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Psychology, Human Resources, Business or equivalent education/years of experience.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources is valuable.
  • 2-4 years experience in the performance marketing sector
  • Previous experience in media agency will be valued
  • Languages: High level of English (B2 minimum).
  • Experience in developing and executing recruitment plans for searches.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients.
