We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join ourteam as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will helpgrowing our presence in the staffing and recruitment industry, particularly in the Digital Customer Experience, Tech, and Business Transformation spaces.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important role in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to ensuring successful placements. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the challenge of finding the right candidates and gets satisfaction from knowing they played a pivotal role in connecting talent with life-changing opportunities.
Drive Talent Acquisition & Build a Strong Network:
Identify and engage top talent in Digital CX, AI, Data, and Tech consulting.
Use a balanced approach—LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking—to build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Establish yourself as a trusted recruitment expert and go-to partner for career opportunities.
Match the Right Talent with the Right Opportunities:
Work closely with Business Managers to understand client needs and expectations.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Oversee the hiring process from sourcing to successful placement.
Develop and Maintain Long-Term Relationships:
You have a keen interest in “all things digital.”
You are passionate about people and have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
You are a proactive and results-driven person,who enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect match.
You are data-driven. Numbers are your ally, and you critically evaluate performance, uncovering insights to continuously improve.
Your strong emphasis on prioritization and adept time management allows you to efficiently handle multiple recruitment projects.
