This role is crucial as the company aims to expand its talent acquisition capabilities in Spain, operating from modern WeWork offices in Barcelona.

About the position: We have big plans, and to achieve them, we need a talented team! We're seeking a Talent Acquisition freelancer to join our Barcelona office, our first international hub, as a step before hiring our first Talent Acquisition Specialist in a permanent role.

Your mission:

  • Find and hire top talent for the Spanish market
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs
  • Find and contact candidates directly
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from initial contact to job offer
  • Provide clear and honest feedback to candidates and managers

What we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a fast-growing tech company or a sales recruitment agency
  • Native Spanish speaker with good command of English
  • A sales mentality: enjoy hunting, convincing, and exceeding targets!
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently and take full responsibility for projects
  • Excellent collaboration skills with hiring managers and team members
  • Commitment to providing candidates with a great experience

  1. Discovery call with Agathe - Head of People Spain (15’)
  2. Interview with Agathe (45’)
  3. Interview with Marc - General Manager Spain (30’)
