Formación

  • 1–3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment.
  • Knowledge of talent markets in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source, identify, and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and pre-screening.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
  • Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to promote job opportunities.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on market trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Contribute to diversity sourcing efforts.
  • Participate in sourcing events and job fairs.

Conocimientos

Strong research and online sourcing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with ATS tools like Jobvite
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities

Educación

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments.
  2. Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.
  3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  4. Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
  5. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters.
  6. Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to promote job opportunities and enhance candidate engagement.
  7. Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to improve sourcing strategy.
  8. Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support talent mapping.
  9. Contribute to diversity sourcing efforts and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
  10. Participate in sourcing events, job fairs, and online talent communities to enhance talent pools.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong research and online sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with ATS tools like Jobvite

Preferred Qualifications:
