Scorp Inc. in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and help build the local team.

You will source candidates, interview in English and Spanish, partner with managers, and contribute to employee engagement and HR operations. This full-time role combines recruitment with engagement and daily HR tasks in a fast-growing, international People & Culture team based in central Barcelona.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct-sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical profiles is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of the Barcelona and Spanish talent market.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international People & Culture team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain employee records and support documentation processes.
• Coordinate with external payroll, legal, and HR service providers when needed.

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to join our Barcelona team. The primary focus of this role will be recruitment, followed by employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, local communities, job boards, events, and alternative channels

• Organize employee engagement activities, internal events, and team initiatives
• Act as a local point of contact for employees' day-to-day HR questions
• Maintain employee records and support documentation processes
• Coordinate with external payroll, legal, and HR service providers when needed

Location & Work Setup

• This is a full-time position based in Barcelona
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
• During the first month, you will work fully on-site to get to know the team, company, and processes
• After onboarding, you will follow a hybrid model: three days in the office and two days remote
• Our office is located in central Barcelona
