What will you be doing?

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Business Managers to understand recruitment needs and find the right candidates
  • Assisting Business Managers with scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the profiles to be hired, aligned with client requirements in the Life Sciences industry
  • Conducting headhunting and mapping candidates to current open positions
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including active sourcing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
  • Initiating first contact with candidates globally: presenting the project and position, assessing interest and availability
  • Building and nurturing your own network of industry professionals
  • Proposing new sourcing strategies and recruitment approaches based on trends in the Portuguese market
  • Organizing interviews with Business Managers and ensuring consistent follow-up
  • Acting as a trusted partner for your Business Managers by providing regular feedback and supporting business unit growth
  • Writing and publishing job ads, and managing incoming applications
  • Participating in weekly recruitment meetings with the business team
  • Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly recruitment reports for your manager

What are we looking for?

  • Native-level Portuguese and fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Ideally 6 months of experience in recruitment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Curious, proactive, goal-oriented, and genuinely passionate about recruitment
  • Tenacious and resilient – you don’t give up easily
  • Solid knowledge of Excel
  • Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to the city
