Manpower seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and hire talent for Iberia and France in a multinational context. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder partnership, and employer branding initiatives.

You will drive hiring processes across locations, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely delivery of top candidates while representing the company’s values.

Formación

• Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment across Iberia and France.
• Fluency in French; strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and HR to scope roles and timelines.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Iberia & France across roles and levels.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, timelines and priorities.
• Manage candidate pipeline, Interview processes, and offer negotiation.
• Support employer branding and diversity initiatives to attract talent.
