Graitec is launching an ambitious digital transformation to revolutionize its business. You will join a new team of talented experts to deploy our digital, e-commerce, and CRM ecosystems across Europe and North America. Join us to lead this transformation.

Job Summary :

We seek a talented Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Manager in executing strategic initiatives across various channels. The role involves digital marketing, lead acquisition, content creation, CRM management, analytics, media PR, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage Graitec's social media platforms (local Facebook and LinkedIn).
  2. Oversee local websites, including translations from English to French.
  3. Collaborate on website development and maintenance with the Marketing Manager and corporate team.
  4. Foster a digital culture within the organization.
  5. Coordinate webinars with the sales team: create pages, update content, post blogs, and share Customer Success Stories.
  6. Localize lead acquisition campaigns to match corporate goals and target audiences.
  7. Assist with implementing Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for lead generation.
  8. Prepare, translate, and send newsletter campaigns.
  9. Monitor marketing and sales metrics to optimize performance across the buyer journey.

What You Must Have Done Already :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3 to 5 years of marketing experience.
  3. Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
  4. Experience with WordPress CMS.
  5. Significant experience managing content websites.
  6. Experience in digital lead acquisition: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting, social activations.
  7. Experience with marketing automation tools such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot CRM.
  8. Experience collaborating with sales teams.

What Is Nice to Have Done Already :

  • Knowledge of subscription business models and software companies.
