Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing efforts, lead acquisition strategies, content creation, CRM management, analytics, media PR, and event coordination. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of Graitec's social media platform (local Facebook and LinkedIn) posting and administration.
  • Manage the local websites, including translations from our English website to our French website.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and corporate team to drive the development and maintenance of the company's website.
  • Act as a facilitator for digital initiatives, fostering a digital culture within the organization.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain a webinar calendar in coordination with the sales department: create pages, update existing pages, post blog articles, create events, and post Customer Success Stories.
  • Localize lead acquisition campaigns to align with corporate objectives and target audience needs.
  • Assist in implementing and deploying an Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for long-term lead generation.
  • Prepare, translate, and send our newsletter campaigns.
  • Monitor Marketing and Sales funnel metrics to track performance and optimize conversion rates across the buyer journey.

What You Must Have Done Already:

  • Bachelor’s in business or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of Marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite
  • Experience using Wordpress CMS
  • Significant experience in managing content websites
  • Experience in lead digital acquisition: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting, social activations
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Dynamics / Salesforce, Hubspot CRM
  • Experience in collaborating with sales teams
