A leading logistics company seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead HR initiatives in Madrid, focusing on national recruitment strategies. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the talent acquisition process, aiming to enhance efficiency in hiring across operational and head office roles.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team in Madrid office.
Reporting to HR Director the main responsabilities of this position are :
Act as the head of function for the talent acquisition department within country. Lead on all talent acquisition related initiatives and become the key point of contact for all talent acquisition queries. Define, launch, and own the talent acquisition roadmap, ensuring GXO remain an employer of choice within the country. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs on a national basis for operational and head office roles. Always ensuring the department is resourced to meet country needs. Collaborate with senior management and operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, staying up to date with the latest technologies available. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track in-country performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Serve as a point of escalation for complex recruitment challenges.
Skills & Experience Required :
Proven experience in talent acquisition preferably in logistics, production, manufacturing or another similar industry. Strong leadership, influencing and team management skills. A complete understanding of the talent acquisition process including attraction, assessment and onboarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
