Job summary

LVMH Beauty Iberia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to gain practical experience while supporting recruitment processes for interns and entry-level roles across the region.

Based in Madrid, you will collaborate with the Talent team, manage job descriptions, postings, onboarding, and university relations, with fluent Spanish and English required and a 12-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1); French a plus.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel) required.
• Previous experience in HR and Talent Acquisition valued.
• Immediate incorporation for a 12-month internship.
• Possibility to sign a university agreement for minimum 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, control of internships, job descriptions, vacancies publication, group dynamics.
• Monitor selection processes on platforms for all interns in the organization.
• Implement internship agreements and onboard new trainees.
• Support Talent team on employer branding tasks and contact with universities.
• Follow-up recruitment tracker and ATS; act as reference point for trainees.
• Carry out trainees' exit interviews and assist with trainings and events.

Job responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

• Recruitment, control of internships, job descriptions, publication of vacancies, group dynamics.
• Monitoring of selection processes on the platforms for all interns in the organization.
• Implementation of internship agreements.
• Onboarding of new trainees joining the company.
• Support the Talent team on employer branding tasks. Contact with universities (Career forums, job boards, job fairs, events, etc.)
• Follow-up and update of the recruitment tracker and ATS.
• Reference point for trainees in the organization.
• Carry-out trainees' exit interviews.
• Collaboration and participation in the organization of trainings, events and participation in forums and meetings in Universities and Business Schools.
