Here’s what you’ll do:

• Talent Sourcing:Use your creativity to find and engage with top Sales and Recruiters through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Candidate Interviews:Lead initial interviews and engaging conversations to identify candidates who have the skills and passion we are looking for.
• Candidate Experience:Ensure every candidate has a positive experience with us by being their go-to contact and keeping communication open and friendly.
• Data quality:Keep our database up to date by keeping candidates information updated.
