Responsibilities

• Research potential clients across targeted industries and maintain an up-to-date client database.
• Follows up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
• Support identifying new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings.
• Sourcing candidates via job ads, networking in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality and retail.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with client’s job requirements.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy.
• Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates for operational roles.
• Communicate effectively with the team to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions.
