The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a degree in HR or a related field, along with 2–3 years of recruitment experience. Proficiency in Chinese is highly valued. The position offers a competitive salary between €30,000 and €32,000 with a full-time contract.

We’re partnering with a global leader in e-commerce to find a strategic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Madrid. Your Mission

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from role brief to onboarding
  • Build and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluation criteria
  • Write clear, attractive job descriptions and publish across relevant channels
  • Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Engage passive candidates through market mapping and strategic outreach
  • Organize recruitment events and help build a strong employer brand
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership
  • Develop relationships with universities and training centers for pipeline growth
