We’re partnering with a global leader in e-commerce to find a strategic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Madrid. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, international collaboration, and driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Why This Role Stands Out You'll play a critical role in shaping the company’s hiring strategy, working closely with both local hiring managers and international leadership. Proficiency in Chinese is highly valued, as the role involves regular communication with the company’s headquarters in China. Your Mission Manage the full recruitment cycle—from role brief to onboarding Build and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluation criteria Write clear, attractive job descriptions and publish across relevant channels Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach Engage passive candidates through market mapping and strategic outreach Organize recruitment events and help build a strong employer brand Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership Develop relationships with universities and training centers for pipeline growth What You Bring Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Confidence in managing complex conversations with professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset Curiosity and a passion for building exceptional teams Strategic thinking around sourcing and hiring techniques Your Profile

Requirements
