What You'll Be Doing

• Strategic Sourcing : Utilize diverse channels—job boards, social media, networking events—to attract top-tier Tech professionals.
• Candidate Assessment : Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Business partnering : Work closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies.
• Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Metrics and compliance : Ensure you are hitting your metrics, adhere with legal standards and best practices to continually improve processes and uphold integrity.
• Training and development : Help build training for Hiring managers and other Recruiters
• Continuous improvement : Strive to keep improving our processes and find smarter, more effective ways of working.

What We're Looking For

• Experience : 4–7 years in recruitment and at least 2 years in Tech - you’ll have built up a solid understanding of technical roles and how to source.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a bonus.
• Multitasking Ability : Proven capability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Whilst effectively following processes and track metrics.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
