Descripción del empleo

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication, including callout ETA and job completion updates.

Ensure accurate and real-time reporting of work performed at the equipment level to maintain the integrity of e-Optimum and Customer Notification systems.

Maintain excellent relationships with customers, acting as an ambassador by demonstrating professionalism and positive attitude during on-site interactions.

Accountable for equipment safety and optimal performance.

Manage the site environment during service operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Identify potential site risks and communicate them to the supervisor promptly.

Take immediate action in high-risk situations and follow escalation procedures accordingly.

Identify unplanned service repair needs, seek approval from the on-site contact if outside the contract scope, and perform repairs as authorized.

Ensure safety of end-users and maintain a safe working environment.

Follow safe working practices, adhering to maintenance and safety instructions during operations.

Execute service visits (planned maintenance and repairs) according to schedule, quality standards, and time limits.

Plan workload effectively in coordination with the service supervisor.

Report sales leads to the supervisor promptly and accurately.

Provide detailed and timely back reporting of work completed, including submitting timesheets.

Manage proximity stock, including inventory, shelving, and transfers; identify spare parts needs and request supplies from the supervisor.

Maintain the safety and good condition of service tooling, van, and instruments.

Contribute to product, method, and safety improvements through feedback to the PCM organization and supervisor.

Keep the supervisor updated with all relevant information regularly.

Familiarize with all aspects of lift technology and attend required training sessions.

Assist in training or coaching colleagues as directed by the supervisor.
