Formación

• Más de 3 años de experiencia en .NET (C#), T-SQL (MSSQL), y JQuery.
• Desarrollo práctico de ETL, idealmente con Talend, Apache Hop o SSIS.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación entre equipos técnicos y de negocio.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener funcionalidades para el Sistema Global de Reportes.
• Colaborar con los interesados para definir requisitos y KPIs.
• Contribuir a actividades de preventa y soporte de BI para nuevos proyectos.

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack BI Developer to join a high-impact team supporting Bosch’s Global Reporting System (GRS), a key platform driving data-informed decisions across a global organization.

This isn’t just another development role. You’ll combine your deep technical expertise in .NET (C#), T-SQL (MSSQL), JQuery, and ETL tools like Talend, Apache Hop, or SSIS with an analytical mindset to help design and optimize reporting structures that matter.

Main responsibilities

- Develop and maintain functionalities, interfaces, and ETL processes for the Global Reporting System (GRS) and BI tools
- Support daily operations and troubleshoot issues across reporting platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, and support onboarding
- Contribute to presales activities and BI support for new projects
- Explore and integrate Big Data and AI opportunities into data strategies
- Drive process optimization through data-driven solutions

Core skills/experience

- 3+ years in .NET (C#), T-SQL (MSSQL), JQuery, HTML/CSS
- Hands-on ETL development, ideally with Talend, Apache Hop, or SSIS
- Experience with Agile, GitHub, data analytics, and KPI reporting
- Knowledge of data warehousing, Big Data, and AI analytics is a plus
- Strong communicator across technical and business teams
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong analytical thinking
