The T24 Administration team manages code releases, monitors platform health, and provides Level 2 production support. The role involves collaborating with DevOps teams and Service Managers to ensure smooth platform operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable T24 architecture solutions, focusing on scripting and automation.
• Understand T24 functionalities, especially AA Arrangement Architecture and Accounting, and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement DevOps practices within T24, including CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Utilize containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies.
• Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
