A leading animation studio in Madrid is seeking a motivated Systems Support Technician Trainee for its internship program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining hardware and software equipment, with a focus on collaboration and real-world skills development. Ideal candidates should be in their final year of studies and possess a strong interest in technology and animation.

Formación

• Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Availability for at least 3 months onsite (Monday to Friday, 35h/week).
• Highly motivated and interested in animation and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare necessary hardware for new incorporations.
• Install, configure, layout, and maintain hardware and software equipment.
• Resolve most tickets on first contact.
• Configure mobile devices or other peripherals.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of integrating applications and hardware

Proficient writing and critical thinking skills

High level of English proficiency

Good team player

Skydance Animation Madrid is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Systems Support Technician Trainee to join our studio!

Our Internship Program offers unique learning opportunities. You will have the chance to network with Skydance leaders, learn transferable skills, and gain real-world experience. It is ideal for those transitioning from the classroom to the industry.

This is a paid internship that will be held on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary hardware for new incorporations.
• Install, configure, layout, and maintain hardware and software equipment.
• Resolve most tickets on first contact.
• Configure mobile devices or other peripherals.
• Test internal testing tools and new implementations.
• Follow the guidance of your tutor.

Requirements

• Knowledge of integrating new applications and hardware in user equipment and maintaining inventory through the responsible person.
• Knowledge of different OS: Windows & Linux.
• Availability for at least 3 months onsite (Monday to Friday, 35h/week).
• Currently enrolled in the last year of an accredited Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s program.
• Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Highly motivated and interested in animation and technology.
• Good team player!
• High level of English proficiency.
• Spanish language skills are desirable.
