Location : fully remote

• High-impact position to monitor systems with extremely high traffic daily
• Oversight and troubleshooting of production systems, focusing on uptime, reliability, and performance
• Responding to critical incidents as part of an on-call rotation and supporting the team in 24 / 7 operations
• Building and optimizing monitoring and alerting systems across Kubernetes (EKS)
• Proactive scripting and automated solutions to prevent recurring issues
• Developing infrastructure tooling and enhancing CI / CD processes
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams for seamless updates and minimal user impact
• Conducting thorough root cause analyses (RCAs) and postmortems to prevent future incidents
