Global Organisation is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to lead a high‑impact European operations team. You will oversee servers and critical business systems, collaborating with Infrastructure ops teams and external vendors to ensure reliable IT service delivery.

The role follows a merger that positions the company as a global leader; you will drive efficient operations across multiple continents from a European hub, delivering results and guarding system stability.

You will have proven experience of:

• Managing teams
• Managing large scale server environments
• Practical hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems and relevant governance frameworks

Salary €71-80k + bonus
