EA First is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to lead a European team responsible for servers and mission-critical systems. You will collaborate with Infrastructure operations and vendors to ensure reliable IT service delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in governance frameworks, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across continents.

This merger now puts them as the largest operator in the world, and a chance to lead and make real meaningful impact and change.

As the Systems Operations Manager, you will have management of a team for a highly critical area of their business covering their European operations.

Managing a highly talented team, overseeing servers, other critical business systems and interacting with Infrastructure ops teams, dealing with 3rd part vendors will be paramount in this role.

You will have proven experience of:

• Managing teams
• Practical hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems and relevant governance frameworks

Salary €71-80k + bonus
