Manufacturing Company is seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager to lead and scale cloud automation and deployment strategies. You will head a global team of 15 DevOps engineers across regions, driving automation, reliability, and performance.

This hands-on leadership role will define best practices, enhance CI/CD, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation, with remote EU flexibility and occasional client-site travel.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.
• Strong background in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred).
• Experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines.

DevOps Engineering Manager €86,000 - €90,000 + 10% Bonus

This role can be managed remotely within the EU with occasional travel to the clients IT hubs across Europe, or on a hybrid basis from Wroclaw, Brno or Barcelona. We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy. You’ll head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers , driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.
