Formación

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia con Linux OS y análisis de logs.
• Experiencia en automatización de tareas y procesos durante 2 años.

Responsabilidades

• Soporte remoto para flotas de aerolíneas y revisión de sistemas de monitoreo.
• Despliegue de arreglos a través de Ansible y creación de scripts simples.

We are looking for a person who has experience as a Systems Operations and who has at least two to three years of experience. If you like a challenge and think you can bring your expertise as a Systems Operations, this is the position for you.

What your day-to-day will look like

1. Be in charge of the remote support for airlines' fleets
2. Check and review our monitoring systems to detect problems
3. Deploy already-made fixes through Ansible to keep the fleet up & running 24/7
4. Build and deploy simple scripts to fix bugs in Linux environments
5. Prepare new hardware (Linux servers) for new deployments
6. Interact with the INFRA and PRODUCT area to explain new problems and find solutions
7. Coordinate fixes with co-workers globally located
8. Cooperate giving you point of view and experience to improve systems and processes

Minimum Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years experience with Linux OS (ssh, data transfer, log analysis, networking)
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience with Grafana, Graylog, and Kibana
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience automating daily tasks and processes
4. Experience with Python/Go and Bash scripting.
5. You feel comfortable with our daily stack: docker, Ansible & git.
6. It’s a plus to have some experience with Jira, Confluence & KVM
7. You can troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
8. Nice to have hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and its tools and features.
9. Advanced English & Spanish
10. Travels: This position includes regular flights.

Contract Details:

1. The contracting is directly with the final customer.
