• Identify and resolve scalability bottlenecks in critical services
• Deploy new features to production using feature flags for gradual rollout
• Investigate and fix production issues within your team's ownership
• Design scalable solutions for increased traffic
• Collaborate with your team to prioritize and plan upcoming projects

Essential Qualifications :

• Significant experience in one or more programming languages
• Value simplicity and performance in code
• Ability to design scalable architectures
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment that respects both engineers and customers
