We are seeking a Deltek Integration & Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Deltek ERP systems (Costpoint, Vantagepoint, or Vision) and other enterprise applications. This role will also be responsible for configuring Deltek modules, workflows, and automation processes to optimize business operations. Additionally, the candidate will leverage their data analysis expertise to develop Power BI reports and dashboards, providing key insights into financial, operational, and business performance. The ideal candidate will work from our office in Barcelona and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and maintain API connections and middleware solutions for real-time data exchange. This position requires a strong understanding of system integrations, data analytics, and ERP optimization to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Deltek (Costpoint, Vantagepoint, or Vision) and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
• Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of complex data.
• Use business intelligence tools to present data to key stakeholders.
• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for guiding business outcomes.
• Prepare reports stating patterns, trends, and predictions using relevant data.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within estimated costs.
• Develop and maintain documentation and standards.
• Configure Deltek modules, workflows, and automation processes to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain API connections and middleware solutions for real-time data exchange.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data process and database management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. C1 in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of database design and construction.
