3Commas is hiring a Trader to join the QuantPilot product team on a full-time basis. This hands-on role targets traders who run systematic, automated strategies across crypto, futures, stocks, FX, and more.

You will build, stress-test and optimize strategies, work closely with engineers and designers, and push the platform beyond current limits while maintaining rigorous risk controls. Applicants should have at least two years of experience trading systematically, with bots or scripts, and a

At least 2 years of experience trading systematically and building automated strategies.
Experience in backtesting across multiple timeframes and markets.
Strong focus on risk management integrated into trading systems.
Familiarity with automation, bots, scripts and multiple execution platforms.
Knowledge of crypto, futures, stocks, FX or commodity markets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Research and build automated trading strategies across crypto, futures, stocks, FX, and more.
Backtest strategies across various timeframes and market conditions to identify robust edges.
Optimize strategy parameters, risk rules, position sizing and entry/exit logic.
Analyze live and historical performance to understand drivers of wins and losses.
Stress-test strategies against drawdowns, volatility, liquidity gaps, and black swan scenarios.
Collaborate daily with product and engineering to improve the QuantPilot platform from a trader perspective.
