Iqana in Barcelona is seeking a Software Engineer to build the backbone of our trading and SMA execution platform. You will design data pipelines, venue integrations, and the execution/monitoring systems that keep client accounts trading correctly.

As part of a small team, you will work directly with founders and engineers on architecture decisions, with opportunities to shape our AI research tooling and cloud deployments. This role offers high autonomy and direct impact on real capital.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong Python and data pipelines (ETL/streaming) experience.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and turning complex data into structured outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and extend market data pipelines from exchange APIs and on-chain sources.
• Improve execution systems including order routing and reconciliation.
• Develop scalable backend REST and WebSocket APIs.
• Deploy and operate on AWS with performance and fault tolerance.
• Support AI research tooling and automated data analysis pipelines.
