We are looking for a leader to validate control systems for future internal combustion engine (ICE) and hybrid powertrains intended for Renault, Dacia, and other vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for calibrating software strategies of the engine control units to manage and monitor the operation of the engines and batteries of our powertrains in integration with the vehicles.

What You Will Do

  • Integrate into the powertrain development team and assigned projects, proposing configurations that meet customer specifications.
  • Participate in the development of new engine control software strategies to improve products.
  • Instrument vehicles for validation, including loading calibration, installing the explosion box, and configuring the intermediate system.
  • Ensure the validation plan is consistent with the DT of a calibrated system, and manage the validation development schedule for each application.
  • Conduct tests according to the Validation Plan (Pval) using tools like Inca, DDT2000, DiagRA, and CANalyzer, analyze results, and report non-conformities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Engineering Degree, preferably with experience in the automotive industry.
  • English mandatory; French will be appreciated.
  • Knowledge of the CAN network and analysis tools (Canalyzer, Canoe, CAPL, etc.).
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and curiosity about complex technical topics.
  • Strong analysis, listening, and communication skills.
