Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en pruebas de hardware y software.
• Conocimientos en diseño de circuitos electrónicos y procesos de ensamblaje.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar pruebas y verificar nuevos productos antes de su lanzamiento.
• Definir planes de prueba y mejorar la documentación de productos.

We are looking for 2 Test Engineers to join our R&D in Barcelona!

Hardware & Software Testing

Summary

We are looking for a talented, and highly motivated engineer who will be responsible for bringing new products to market reality whilst ensuring high levels of quality to current products. Come join a team of deeply knowledgeable engineers that strive to build the most robust and reliable motion control systems using cutting-edge development tools and practices.

The selected engineer will be focused on testing and verifying each new product that the company will be launching. Able to improve CI/CD tools to help ensure quality on product verification. Will also help detect bugs and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience on the software developed by the company.

1) Hardware Test Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Hands-on new hardware board bring-up, system debugging, and optimization.
• Review and improve external documentation for Servo Drives products (Product manuals, Datasheets, etc.).
• Improve internal documentation for Servo Drives products (Architecture, Detailed Design, etc.).
• Define, in conjunction with the Quality Assurance team, the Test and Verification Plans for Servo Drives products.
• Validate and verify hardware designs.

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training And Competencies

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or technical related discipline
• Minimum working experience of 1 year
• Experience with Electronic circuit technology design and assembly processes.
• Background in electrical power application.
• Knowledge of EMIs
• Experience with PCB / PCA manufacturing processes
• Experience in HW Testing
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Experience in standards UNE-EN IEC 61800-3 & UNE-EN IEC 61800-5-2 is a plus
• Personal Interest in the Robotics / Motion Control field
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Capacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions.
• Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude.

2) Software Test Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify and detect bugs before the product is launched to the customer.
• Write internal documentation, test reports.
• Define the Test Plans for Ingenia products.
• Review and improve external documentation for Servo Drives products (Product manuals, Datasheets, etc.).

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training And Competencies

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Control / Robotics Engineers or technical related discipline
• Minimum working experience of 1 year
• Experience in software testing procedures
• Scripting knowledge (Python or C++)
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Personal Interest in the Robotics / Motion Control field
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Capacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions.
• Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude.
