Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a System Technician to provide technical support and ensure the proper functioning of the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have skills in user management, system administration, and remote support.

It is important that you are interested in working in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, as well as onsite at the client's offices in Barcelona.

What are we looking for?
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar IT/Helpdesk support roles.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
  • Experience with VPN systems (Global Protect, Cisco AnyConnect).
  • Ability to interact and coordinate with external teams.
  • Experience with ticket management tools (ServiceNow or SpaceWork).
  • Knowledge of remote support tools, ideally Teams or Quick Assist.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level; readiness to demonstrate speaking skills.
  • Customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
What challenges and tasks can you expect?
  • Replacing and setting up laptops for new users or troubleshooting issues.
  • User account management, including registrations and cancellations.
  • Managing users and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Administering and managing administrator account passwords through LABS.
  • Synchronizing accounts between systems.
  • Supporting the Genesis (CTI) application and resolving related issues.
  • Managing videoconference rooms and equipment configuration.
  • Installing and configuring VPNs, including Global Protect and Cisco AnyConnect.
  • Coordinating with engineering teams and external vendors like Microsoft.
  • Logging and tracking incidents and tasks in tools such as ServiceNow or SpaceWork.
  • Providing remote support via Teams or Quick Assist.
What are we offering?
  • Type of contract: indefinite full-time.
  • Shifts: Rotating on a two-week cycle. One week in the morning shift (8:00 to 16:00) with Saturday, followed by a week in the evening shift (12:00 to 20:00), then a full week off.
  • Location: Barcelona (On-site).
  • Salary: Fixed.
  • Work-life balance: flexible work environment.
