We are looking for a System Support Technician to join the Computer Systems Maintenance team at our offices in Barcelona.

Main Functions:

1. Network infrastructure management
2. Configuration management infrastructure (SVN, Github)
3. SQL Server management
4. Resolution of server incidents
5. Resolution of network incidents (firewalls)

Additional Functions:

1. Assembly, installation, and configuration of PCs
2. Management of the office fleet of PCs and laptops
3. Computer material management

Your Profile:

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in internal client management
• Server hardware knowledge
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Knowledge of SQL Server and scripting
• Experience with email servers
• Knowledge of network infrastructure (switching, firewalls)
• Experience with firewalls (Stormshield, pfSense, SonicWall)
• Experience with virtualization (Proxmox)
• Experience with SVN, Github, Jira, and Confluence
• Team player, but also capable of working independently
• Problem-solving attitude, proactive and dynamic
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Good knowledge of English (level B1)
• Knowledge of NAS Synology
