The role:

We are seeking a System Support Technician to join our Computer Systems Maintenance team at our Barcelona office.

Main responsibilities within the MSI department include:

1. Managing network infrastructure
2. Managing configuration management systems (SVN, Github)
3. Managing SQL Server
4. Resolving server incidents
5. Resolving network incidents (firewalls)

Additional functions:

1. Assembling, installing, and configuring PCs
2. Managing the office fleet of PCs and laptops
3. Managing computer hardware inventory

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including internal client management
• Experience with server hardware
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with SQL Server and scripting
• Understanding of network infrastructure (switching, firewalls)
• Experience with firewalls (Stormshield, pfSense, SonicWall)
• Familiarity with Github
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Problem-solving skills, proactive, and dynamic attitude

Nice to have:

• English proficiency at B1 level
• Experience with NAS Synology
