About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Senior Consultant with pharmaceutical industry experience to join our System Operations team. The role involves providing post-implementation consultancy, designing, supporting, and optimizing technology solutions, including L3 support for critical IT systems such as Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce. A deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulatory standards, and advanced IT skills are essential to support our business objectives and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading configuration initiatives to optimize IT solutions, ensuring compliance with evolving business and regulatory needs.
• Providing expert post-implementation support for IT systems, aligning them with business goals and regulations.
• Offering L3 support for Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for IT processes and systems.
• Assessing systems for inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Staying updated with advancements in IT and pharmaceuticals.

This position is based in Spain or other parts of Europe, with a focus on serving clients in Germany.

An experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing CRM or data management systems, troubleshooting complex issues, providing post-implementation support, and optimizing CRM systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are required. Certifications in IT and project management, along with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning, are preferred.

• Proficiency in German (mandatory) and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience with cloud computing, customer interaction, and data analytics in pharma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, especially Veeva.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork ability.
• Responsibility and time management skills.

Additional assets include :

• Proven senior IT consulting experience, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Project management skills, Agile experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with HTML5, SQL, and Apex coding languages.
