Le rôle implique une collaboration étroite, la gestion d'équipe, et la responsabilité de vos livrables. Les candidats doivent avoir plus de 7 ans d'expérience en développement, une bonne connaissance des structures distribuées, et être capables de travailler dans un environnement Agile.

Formación

• 7+ années d'expérience en développement avec Springboot.
• Diplôme en Informatique, Ingénierie, Mathématiques ou similaire.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et collaborative.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborer dans la conception de solutions d'intégration en ligne.
• Gérer la charge de travail des membres de l'équipe et former les nouveaux arrivants.
• Évaluer les engagements d’équipe et escalader si nécessaire.

Descripción del empleo

Contributes towards technical requirements of all the products/features.

Understand the business logic so you can propose enhancements to the end-user areas.

50% of the time required to work as a senior developer, with your own deliverables.

Collaborate in the design of online integration solutions to apply to the Transaction Monitoring and Screening products based on APIs, microservices, MQ, and Kafka messaging.

Manage team members' workload, support new joiners with their expertise, and assist junior team members with their career plans.

Collaborate in project plan creation and follow-ups, assessing if the team honors its commitments and adequately escalating if not.

EXPERIENCE

• Sound experience in distributed architectures, both synchronous (API REST) and asynchronous (Kafka, MQ); Springboot framework is a must.
• Knowledge of security concepts related to OAuth2 and SSL certificates.
• Broad SQL relational database knowledge.
• Broad knowledge of cloud computing environments.
• Project management skills; PM certification appreciated.
• Strong communication skills to address messages appropriately at all organizational levels.
• Conflict resolution skills to create an atmosphere of creative thinking while managing different views to produce consensus solutions.
• Nice to have technology knowledge: Python, ElasticSearch, WebServices (SOAP).
• Exceptional work ethic, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a multi-skilled distributed team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence, GIT.
• Strategic thinking and an innovative attitude to challenge the status quo.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

7+ years of experience in Springboot framework software development.

OTHER INFORMATION

Fluent in Spanish and English.
