Role Description

What we look for

We seek a system integration specialist to collaborate with the Credit Risk Team. As an Integration Lead, you will manage daily responsibilities related to coordinating, planning, problem-solving, and implementing requirements to achieve integration and business results. You will join an IT Credit Risk Team based in Lisbon, Malaga, Madrid, or Cantabria that works closely with clients.

High English Level is required.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage integration processes for various IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals for seamless integration.
  • Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes and solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and system security during integration.
  • Assist in developing integration strategies and frameworks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and relevant technologies.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of APIs, REST services, PaaS / microservices, SQL databases, and technical integration.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and integration techniques.
  • Ability to gather and analyze requirements, understanding business processes.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry and AWS knowledge.
