Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a System Integration Manager to lead the integration, testing, and commissioning of complex warehouse automation solutions in Barcelona, Spain. You will work with project managers, solution architects, customers, and suppliers to translate requirements into reliable, scalable systems.

You will own integration plans, drive testing and verification activities, and guide operations handover while advising customers on process changes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation, or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, or complex system integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering, including requirements management, verification & validation, and change management.
• Ability to understand customer operations and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative working style.
• Fluent in Spanish and English and willing to travel internationally (approximately 50%).

We are seeking a motivated Integration Manager Warehousing Solutions to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will lead the integration, testing, and commissioning of complex warehouse automation solutions, ensuring customer requirements are translated into reliable, scalable systems. Working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, customers, and suppliers, you will drive technical integration and manage project risks through to successful handover.
