Toyota Automated Logistics in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a System Integration Manager (Warehouse Automation) to lead the integration, testing, and commissioning of complex warehouse automation solutions, translating customer requirements into reliable, scalable systems.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, customers and suppliers to drive technical integration, manage risks, and ensure successful handover, with fluent Spanish and English and willingness to travel

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, or complex system integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering, including requirements management, verification & validation, and change management.
• Ability to understand customer operations and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative working style.
• Fluent in Spanish and English and willing to travel internationally (approximately 50%).

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding operational processes and system changes.
• Coordinate suppliers and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
• Monitor progress, report project status, and support successful operational handover.

At a glance: We are seeking a motivated Integration Manager Warehousing Solutions to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will lead the integration, testing, and commissioning of complex warehouse automation solutions, ensuring customer requirements are translated into reliable, scalable systems. Working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, customers, and suppliers, you will drive technical integration and manage project risks through to successful handover.
