Job Description

As a Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the translation of business requirements into robust, configurable solutions. This includes hands-on configuration, scripting, and working directly with customer data to ensure accurate and efficient system setup.

Your technical expertise will be essential in shaping solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing functionality. You will collaborate closely with business consultants to validate results and actively participate in testing and refining implementations.

This role demands autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and full accountability throughout the delivery process.

A typical day in this role may involve translating design documents prepared by our consultants into object models and corresponding functionalities, configuring and testing the solution, and demonstrating teamwork and supporting colleagues by sharing insights based on your experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capability to interact confidently with our data integration specialists, other configuration specialists and business consultants
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL, or TQL, and working with various database technologies such as MongoDB
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or in business consulting
