Lear in Spain seeks a System Requirements & Design Engineer to translate stakeholder needs into robust system requirements and architecture. You will collaborate with software, hardware, mechanical, test, safety and cybersecurity teams to ensure traceability and readiness for integration.

You will manage system requirements, define interfaces, and derive architectural requirements while ensuring functional safety and cybersecurity compliance across projects.

Formación

• Experience in system requirements engineering and best practices.
• Knowledge of DOORS and ALM tools.
• Strong background in system architecture design.
• Expertise in functional safety and cybersecurity (ISO 26262, ISO 21434).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design the backbone of complex systems by translating needs into requirements.
• Define interfaces and derive architectural requirements.
• Ensure traceability and compliance for functional safety and cybersecurity.
• Support integration and verification activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, and test.
