Formación

• 5+ years of experience in system engineering and multidisciplinary development.
• Hands-on experience with machine integration and writing specifications.

IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced System Engineer in Spain.

You’ll be responsible for the following:

1. Lead system engineering and architecture of innovative automotive systems.
2. Translate customer needs into system specifications, electronics, mechanics, and software definitions documents.
3. Lead system integration, including integration in customer vehicle.
4. Hands-on work, proof of concept projects, and troubleshooting.
5. Define testing requirements and methodology, support the verification & validation activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5 years of experience as a system engineer in multidisciplinary system development.
2. Experience in writing specifications and system documents.
3. Hands-on experience with machine integration.
4. High motivation and passion for systems engineering.

Advantages:

1. Familiarity with functional safety procedure and practices – great advantage.
2. Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
3. Experience with robotics and motion systems.
4. Knowledge and understanding of international standards.
5. Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
