Job Title: Syniti Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Syniti Technical Lead to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in data migration and governance, passionate about shaping the future of data engineering in business technology. You will have the opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and guide a team of developers to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Create and implement data migration and governance rules using Syniti's tools.
3. Develop integrated data migration designs through comprehensive data analysis.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and devise solutions.
5. Uphold data governance methodologies and best practices.
6. Address and resolve data migration and governance issues.
7. Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Migration projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Process Orchestration.
• Proven leadership skills in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of data governance methodologies and best practices.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or training in Syniti's tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Innovative problem-solving skills in data governance and migration strategies.
