Quest is seeking a dynamic and experienced team player with high energy and initiative to join the EMEA Partner Ecosystem team as a Regional Channel Account Manager covering the South region. This vital role will contribute to our sales and business development strategy, focusing on expanding our partner network in EMEA.

The Channel Account Manager will build and nurture strategic partnerships with key regional partners, manage existing relationships, and identify new opportunities. Responsibilities include developing executive-level relationships, defining go-to-market strategies, and driving engagement and sales in collaboration with regional sales teams.

This individual must foster strong internal relationships within our organization, including with the Channel, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Sales Operations teams, to ensure partner success. The role also involves coordinating with the Quest Global Partner Ecosystem team to identify growth opportunities across partners and regions. The position reports to the EMEA Partner Ecosystem Director.

Based in Spain, the candidate should possess a robust network and extensive knowledge of the Iberian partner ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles within Data Management, Data Intelligence, or Data Governance software companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit, and manage specialized partners to drive growth.
  • Develop joint business plans and execute marketing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Quest partner program requirements.
  • Build strategic relationships and execute GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and close new opportunities.
  • Manage partner onboarding, training, and enablement.
  • Establish regular executive interlock activities.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and develop annual business plans.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven track record in building and leading channel or alliance partnerships in the software industry.
  • Experience in sales or consulting within Data & AI solutions.
  • Minimum 10+ years working with partners, with existing connections preferred.
  • Extensive experience in strategic account sales, with a focus on Data & AI.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business acumen skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent; fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Existing relationships with Data & AI domain partners.
  • MBA or EMBA is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous.
