An established industry player seeks a passionate Learning and Development Partner to champion training initiatives across European plants. In this dynamic role, you will engage with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design impactful training programs, and deliver both virtual and in-person sessions. Your expertise in data analysis will drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness. The role serves as a champion for Learning and Talent Development activities while engaging and aligning stakeholders at the plant and outside the plant. The Partner is responsible for conducting needs assessments, designing, coordinating, and delivering Schreiber training programs that support the company-wide leadership development as well as other trainings and talent activities and processes with main focus at the European plants (but not only).
