We are looking for enthusiastic, social candidates who are willing to support customers with their questions. You will be doing this work from home. Not only will you be working with an amazing team you will also be at home, travelling to Sweden sometimes and knowing their history, trying the cuisine, or even making some tourism!

The company was founded in 2008 in London and has since expanded, with offices in both the UK and Spain. From the beginning, we have focused on distance selling and, in recent years, have specialized in the resale of some of the world’s largest lotteries—an area in which we have seen great success. With our Swedish gaming license, we ensure high-quality service and excellent customer care.

We are not a large, impersonal call center; instead, we operate in a close-knit office environment with a flat organizational structure.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for new team members to join our inside sales team, working remotely from home. Therefore, we are primarily seeking self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently. Our sales process is consumer-focused and conducted over the phone. We do not engage in cold calling; all prospective customers have either expressed prior interest in our product or are former members.

We are looking for a freelance candidate with drive, passion, and a genuine interest in building a career in sales or customer service—all from the comfort of home!

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Telephone Sales for the Swedish market.
  • Answering customer's requests by email, phone, and chat
  • Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities and drive conversations with clients;
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

Skills

  • High proficiency in Swedish
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience in a client telephone sales role is a strong advantage
  • Confident, but personable telephone manner
