Our client is a Swedish multinational clothing company headquartered in Stockholm. It is known for its fast-fashion clothing for men, women, teenagers, and children. As of November 2019, they operate in 74 countries with over 5,000 stores under the various company brands, with 126,000 full-time equivalent positions. And now they need you in their customer support!
You will be making outbound calls with the aim of booking meetings B2B for an insurance or green transition provider - depending on which project you will be working on. Over time, you will also build your own customer portfolio and engage in repeat sales. You should be comfortable with high-volume outbound calls, so having a similar job experience is advantageous, but not required.
You will receive the necessary training and support to assist our customers to the best of your ability, achieve success, and reach your goals. This job is a great starting point for your career and offers the opportunity to relocate to Bali in the future.
You speak Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer support and sales is an advantage.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
