Sweden Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

In a typical day as Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst for Sweden you would have the following responsibilities:

  1. Conduct and summarize complex data and business analyses to support forecasting, data analytics, and planning activities.
  2. Define the metrics required to measure business performance, and compare actual data to forecasted values.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate data collection and performance measurement, escalating issues as necessary. Contribute to research and analysis on priority projects within established guidelines.
Education and Experience

Typically 2-4 years’ experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related field. First level university degree.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and data management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply new analytical techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Business acumen and technical knowledge in the area of responsibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Good project management skills.
