Client Relationship Management | Remote - Europe

Real Chemistry is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial SVP, Group Account Director to help establish our growing global network. This role involves leadership, business development, and expanding our presence in key markets outside the US / UK. You will partner with strategy and creative teams to deliver local insights, cultural nuances, and regulatory compliance, while driving market growth across all capabilities including Activation, Advertising, Analytics & Insights, and Medical Communications.

Key responsibilities include setting up and growing a local market presence, managing client relationships, leading new business efforts, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and collaborating across capabilities to deliver holistic solutions. The role requires 10+ years in healthcare / pharma within an agency, deep knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations, and a strong local network. Locations considered are Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland, with employment through local EoRs where necessary.
